Every valuation is different and thus
the valuation fee varies accordingly. As common sense
would suggest, normally the more work involved the
higher the fee.
For most types of valuations we can provide
a choice of 2 different types of reports:
- A General Report of 7 – 10
pages
- An Extended
Report which is normally in excess of 18 pages.
A General Report will satisfy
most requirements however an extended report is recommended
for litigation work, acquisition/resumptions and most
family law valuations.
All valuations include references to
the following:
Purpose, Instructions,
Location, Land Description, Title Details, Zoning,
Improvements, Comments, Method of Valuation, Valuation
Rationale and Certificate
of Value.
